Africa lacks visibility into the supply chain for health and lab reagents

PPublic health labs and research programs across Africa face shortages, delays, and inflated prices for reagents and laboratory supplies, partly because no one has clear data on the supply chain. An African procurement and supply chain observatory could track and surface this information to reduce waste and stockouts. Better visibility would strengthen diagnostics, research, and outbreak response across the continent.
